Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdoese, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Do not take with sulfonamide since PABA interferes with the activity of this drug.

Since I've been taking these vitamins, I've noticed that my hair and finger and toe nails grow faster.
You are to take 3 a day. One with breakfast, one with lunch and one with dinner. This way, you are getting a supply of nutrition and vitamins throughout the day.
I believe these multivitamins are probably one to the best vitamins one could buy. (Posted on 11/20/11)
