As a dietary supplement, dilute 8 oz. in 1 gallon or 2 capfuls in 8 oz. of water or milk. Drink an 8 oz. glass of diluted solution, two times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May also be added to food by pouring 2 or 3 capfuls of concentrate into cooked soups, broths, pastas, stews or in any food normally salted. Avoid mixing in sugar-based substances or juices.
