Shipping fees for non Metagenics and Bezweckin products will be at standard rates UNLESS the combined order is greater than $65. The 5lb. weight restriction applies to ALL orders. Shipping and Handling is calculated by the total amount of your purchase. Any purchase over $65 and under 5 pounds is shipped for free* . Domestic Shipping, Contiguous USA (lower 48 states)
* The Natural has flat shipping & handling fees for all orders up to $65.00 in merchandise value. For orders over $65.00 standard shipping is free, with the following exception: Certain products carry an additional per-item shipping fee due to their weight. The maximum free shipping weight for each $65 order is 5lbs. This additional shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders over 5 lbs.including orders over $65.00. We ship to the continental US only, via UPS or USPS. Shipping outside of these areas, when available, may be at a higher rate than our standard shipping. Contact our staff for details. | TheNautralOnline processes orders Monday-Friday. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing after you have placed your order. Some orders may take longer to process based on product availability. Orders received over the weekend (fri. p.m.-Sun) will process for shipment Monday morning. We will ship orders standard UPS ground or USPS priority mail at our discretion. (allow 3-14 days depending on location).Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. At TheNaturalonline, we strive in every way to meet a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may send the unused portion of the product back to us within 30 days of your order to receive a full refund. Refunds are issued for the cost of the product minus your shipping charges.
In the event of returning a Free Shipping item, there is a mandatory $7.75 deduction off your total refund. Please Note: Discontinued items, close-outs, all bars, and refrigerated items are not eligible for credit and return. Due to product shelf life, products returned after 30 days will have a 25% Restocking Fee. We are sorry we are not able to accept any returns on products after 45 days. To send an item back, please contact us at 1-888-567-3770 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write your RMA on the outside of your package. If the RMA is not listed on the outside of your package, it will be refused by our Returns Department and mailed back to you.
