Other Ingredients: Magnesium stearate.

Take 12 capsules per day until 3 bottles are finished. Preferably 4 capsules with meals with a glass of water. Heavy persons should take more. Must be taken regularly. Once desired relief is achieved, experiment with a minimum of 4 and increase to 6 per day as needed to maintain relief. There is generally an increase in relief in the long term. Past experience shows that discomfort may come back without a small manitenance quantity.
