Shipping Rates & Policies
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate of $4.95 for all Standard Shipping method orders and FREE for orders over $49 within the continental 48 U.S. only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.
TheNaturalOnline.com processes orders 7 days a week. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing after you have placed your order. We will ship all our orders standard by UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail, standard delivery time is 2-10 days depending on location. The following expedited shipping methods may be chosen for an additional fee:
UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days) UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days) UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day)

All items are shipped with a verified UPS or USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. USPS may delivery your package on a Saturday. Both do not deliver on national holidays.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.
In some instances your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product and warehouse availability) if standard shipping is selected. We may use either carrier for each shipment. However, your shipping charges will not be affected by this.
Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight. Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING TheNaturalOnline.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
 TheNaturalOnline.com cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive or arrive with damages as this can occur during the inspection at customs.
